ok this is not related to this commit but, i'm working on an S4 kernel and am having issue with cores 2 3 and 4 not respecting the max cpu freq setting. basically when a core goes offline and online it forgets it settings and allows usage up to the highest freq. i disabled SEC_DVFS which as far as i can tell is samsungs peflock. i honestly think it might be userspace mdpdecision but if i remove it all cores are online even with kernel mpdecision being built. on pyramid this was what we would do but the cores still could be hotplugged on and off with kernel mpdecision. any tips here?
