Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some source driver tests aren't run in CI (TravisCI) either due to:

distribution of secrets
availability concerns

Describe the solution you'd like
The following concerns may be addressed by:

distribution of secrets
- Store secrets in the CI system (TravisCI)
- May have to update tests to read secrets from env vars instead of files
availability concerns
- Use separate build constraints to separate integration tests
- Allow integration tests to fail in CI, similar to testing with Go tip vs stable
