sort: Document NaN behavior for Float64s #20540

The current documentation for sort.Float64s is Float64s sorts a slice of float64s in increasing order. The documentation should be increased to describe the behavior of NaN (which is currently that NaN is less than all NaN values). If this current behavior cannot be relied on, then the documentation should reflect that NaN sorting is not specified.
