os: Create not working on windows network mapped drive

What did you do?

I created a network mapped drive in my windows pc, when I use os.Create to create a new file in that drive, it always report this error:

The system cannot find the path specified

What did you expect to see?

os.Create create a new file.

The system cannot find the path specified

This was reported against "go version go1.8.3", so it's not a regression from 1.8 -> 1.9. Retargeting to 1.10.

Sorry, maybe this is my network error, it can not reproduce anymore.
