It's wrong that "cmd/go terminal test" is the very first test run after make.bash completes during all.bash. It is one of the weird one-off tests and should be after the primary tests, not first.

Also, why is "Testing race detector" in the middle of all the misc/cgo tests? I just spent a few minutes very confused about why some misc/cgo tests were missing from the output, but they're just separated from their buddies.
