Before filing a bug, please check whether it has been fixed since
the latest release: run "hg pull", "hg update default", rebuild, and
what you did to
reproduce the problem.  Thanks.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to serialize/export row data in a generic method
2. May need to use the column names (ie for json field names)

What is the expected output?
sql.Rows doesn't have a method to get the row column names, or
rather then Rows.Scan, Rows.Dump() (values []interface{}).

What do you see instead?
driver.Rows (which contain Columns() []string) is private.

Which compiler are you using (5g, 6g, 8g, gccgo)?

Which operating system are you using?

Which revision are you using? (hg identify)

Please provide any additional information below.
