Please answer these questions before submitting your issue. Thanks!

What version of Go are you using (go version)?

tip

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

yes

What operating system and processor architecture are you using (go env)?

ppc64le

What did you do?

I had a merge conflict with a CL, so I sync'ed and tried to regenerate the rewritePPC64.go file from PPC64.rules after resyncing.

What did you expect to see?

No errors.

What did you see instead?

~/golang/fresh/go/src/cmd/compile/internal/ssa/gen$ go run *.go
2018/05/07 17:00:19 can't read rule file: open Wasm.rules: no such file or directory
exit status 1

The filename in the directory is WASM.rules, not Wasm.rules.
