What version of Go are you using (go version)?

go version go1.10.2 linux/amd64

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

vgo test ./...

What did you expect to see?


What did you see instead?

vgo: finding v0.9.0

vgo: parsing downloaded go.mod: go.mod:6: invalid module: should be v1, not v3 (v3.3.4)

A go get -u fixed this. Sorry for the noise, I should have realized to do that first 😞
