Something that is controlled by "-H windows" / "-H windowsgui" flag
in 8l/6l at this moment.
Probably this should be in the source code as
opposed to on the command line. You want to
be able to say
go install code.google.com/p/myproj/foo
and have foo.exe be built correctly.
Can address once the rest of the tool is working.

Not as per rsc https://golang.org/issue/2565?c=1 description. But I
don't see many people build Windows GUI apps with Go, so, I guess, it is not pressing.
