What version of Go are you using (go version)?

go version go1.10.3 gccgo (GCC) 8.2.1 20180813 solaris/sparc

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

yes (gccgo compiled from source)

Note that these problems only arise on Solaris. Patches welcome.
