When I run 'go test cmd/go' I get output like:

go test proxy starting
go proxy_test: invalid module path encoding "": malformed module path "": invalid version
go test proxy running at GOPROXY=
go proxy: no archive v1.5.0
go proxy: no archive v1.0.0
go proxy: no archive 14c0d48
go proxy: no archive 14c0d48
go proxy: no archive v1.0.0
go proxy: no archive v1.0.0
go proxy: no archive v1.99999999.0-not-a-real-version

The lines about the proxy starting and running on a particular URL are OK,
but the other chatter should be avoided, so that when real problems arise
we don't have to sort the look-like-errors-but-aren't from the actually-are-errors.
