Reproducer: https://play.golang.org/p/g4q7PxTljVq

go tool compile x.go with x.go:

package main

import "unsafe"

const (
	x = unsafe.Sizeof(func() {})
	y
)

produces the error. Likely because the init expression for x is duplicated for y.
