$ go version
go version go1.14 linux/amd64

Does this issue reproduce with the latest release?

Yes.

What operating system and processor architecture are you using (go env)?

What did you do?

package main

import "github.com/volatiletech/sqlboiler/boil"

func main() {
	_ = boil.DebugMode
}

Then do a go mod tidy to pull, netting go.mod and go.sum:

module some.tld/sqbsum

go 1.14

require (
	github.com/friendsofgo/errors v0.9.2 // indirect
	github.com/volatiletech/inflect v0.0.0-20170731032912-e7201282ae8d // indirect

Then, I did go get -d github.com/volatiletech/sqlboiler/boil@upgrade, a subpackage of my dependency's repo.

What did you expect to see?

No changes, I'm already at the latest everything.

What did you see instead?

The following extra line appeared in my go.sum:

github.com/volatiletech/sqlboiler v1.0.0 h1:p0aCjD4tyDfjDjL6jakkfnrWWC4Z2wd1SNM7sS3rzAQ=
