In #38743 there's ongoing discussion about how comments following the Deprecated: convention should be structured - especially for consumption by tooling.

Depending on the outcome of that discussion, and potentially influencing it, it may be interesting to discuss whether there's room to leverage go fix to lower friction in API deprecation by (optionally) applying the replacement recommended by the author of the dependency.

I'm not going to propose any syntax or specific signaling method, as that is in scope of #38743. I just wanted to put this out as API evolution/deprecation is pretty much a common occurrence behind closed doors, and having such a capability would make life much easier in organizations that don't rely on monorepos (arguably not a minority of organizations).
