inconsistent vendoring in C:\Go\src: go.mod requires github.com/go-gota/gota v0.10.1 but vendor/modules.txt does not include it. run 'go mod tidy; go mod vendor' to sync #39166

go mod vendor: open C:\AUTHORS: Access is denied.
