Thank you for raising this issue. Unlike many projects, the Go project does not use GitHub Issues for general discussion or asking questions. GitHub Issues are used for tracking bugs and proposals only.

I encourage you to have this conversation in one of the forums outlined above. If there is a proposal for a change to the licence then an issue is appropriate. Until that time I think it would be better to use a different forum to address your concern.
