What did you do?

Checked archive/zip documentation to see whether package implements newly added FS interface:

go (master) ¶ ./bin/go doc -all archive/zip | grep -C2 FS
func (r *Reader) Open(name string) (fs.File, error)
    Open opens the named file in the ZIP archive, using the semantics of
    io.FS.Open: paths are always slash separated, with no leading / or ../
    elements.

Documentation mentions fs.FS interface

Documentation refers to non-existing io.FS
