go/types and types2 don't have a Config flag to control the accepted version (analogous to the compiler's -lang flag). This prevents correct type-checking of some tests, notably:

$GOROOT/test/fixedbugs/issue31747.go 
$GOROOT/test/fixedbugs/issue34329.go
