x/pkgsite: godoc.org redirect - umbrella issue

During this migration, updates will be posted on this issue.

The issues for the godoc.org-redirect milestone have been resolved.

We plan to gradually redirect traffic from godoc.org to pkg.go.dev over the few weeks. Pages will be redirected in this order:

• Static pages (such as https://godoc.org/-/about, https://godoc.org/-/go, https://godoc.org/-/subrepo)
• Homepage and search page
• Package pages
• Badge SVG (You can also generate a new badge if you would like to update your badge link ahead of time.)

We encourage everyone to switch to using pkg.go.dev today! You can do so by:

• Clicking Set default to always use pkg.go.dev at the top of any godoc.org page
• Visiting this link: https://godoc.org/?redirect=on
