x/pkgsite: stdlib source links should point to source of truth #43180

The source links for the standard library should point to go.googlesource.com/go, the repo that is the source of truth for Go. Now they point to the github mirror.

One issue: *.googlesource.com doesn't serve raw pages, so image links cannot point there. We will leave those pointing to github.
