What did you do?

Scroll to end of page and in addition to, more physical interaction than was was necessary to accomplish this, but if the same type, intensity, and frequency as was required to achieve the desired effect from a distance prior to the undesired result.

What did you expect to see?

The end of the page as a stable, static image.

What did you see instead?

The end and not-end of the page in an erratic and sporadic display of anomalous light.
