x/website: go.dev blocked by web filters #47976

Basically, you need to ensure that official Go related websites are not included in web filter/blocker software. I'm not a professional programmer, but sometimes at work on lunch break I will do some programming and want to look up documentation for a package. Ever since docs (standard and community) went to pkg.go.dev, the web blocker at work blocks the site as "shareware" or something dumb like that. I know the specifics of my work place's network administration are beyond your control, but I think you also need to put some effort into making sure your official site and all the documentation for basically the entire Go ecosystem isn't being blocked by web filter software--especially since now all your "eggs are in one basket".

I can of course easily circumvent my workplace's pathetic attempts to block access to websites, but it is annoying to have to do so. More seriously, this could sort of thing could prevent access to Go resources in public schools which often use web filter software, and whose network admins aren't proactive enough to make exceptions for obviously legitimate and useful content.

Side note for fun: my workplace's network allows us to visit youtube, facebook, and other time-wasting sites, but blocks a LOT of useful programming related sites--possibly up to half of all I visit when looking up info.
