% gotip test -run=XXX -fuzz=Fuzz
testing: warning: -fuzz matches more than one target, won't fuzz
testing: warning: no targets to fuzz
PASS

The first line should be an error.
It should also print the full list of fuzz targets that matched,
so that the user can see the problem more clearly.

The second line should not be printed.

The third line should be FAIL.
