What is the URL of the page with the issue?

What did you do?

Someone asked me for Go Learning Resources, so I wanted to provide them with the link to go.dev's section "Learning Resources".

What did you expect to see?

I needed either a clickable UI element to the URL of the "Learning Resources" section, or at least a specific id that I could find in the HTML source.

What did you see instead?

The fist section of the page is "Install the latest version of Go", which is not a Learning Resource.

The two H2 elements "Learning Resources" and "Meetups" on the page currently don't have an id attribute.
