What is the reason that you could not retract this package instead?

The last correct version of the package is v1.4.3-rc.10, so I can't release the version v1.4.0 now, that retracts the v1.4.3 version. I would like to remove the v1.4.3 version due to I accidentally released it.

We can't remove individual versions, you'll have to release a higher version that retracts it (and maybe itself too) ie retract [v1.4.3, v1.4.4]

Note also once published, versions are immutable, you wouldn't be able to republish v1.4.3 anyway.
