Hit the y keyboard shortcut to set the address bar to the canonical URL for the version I am looking at.

What did you expect to see?

The address to change to:

https://pkg.go.dev/cuelang.org/go@v0.4.0/cue#Attribute

What did you see instead?

The address to change to:

https://pkg.go.dev/cuelang.org/go@v0.4.0/cue

(note the missing fragment)
