x/build: android and iOS corellium builders are missing #50299

It looks like these builders have gone missing recently. As visible at https://farmer.golang.org/#pools:

host-android-arm64-corellium-android: 0/0 (3 missing)
host-ios-arm64-corellium-ios: 0/0 (3 missing)

CC @changkun, @steeve Are you able to take a look and restart them? Thanks.

I just reboot those builders. So strange that those Corellium devices are automatically being shut down or wiped (require a fresh re-setup), which I don't really know why and how.

(There is an iOS Corellium device that is experimenting on the deployment of iOS 15 which currently seems to fail due to code sign changes in iOS 15, but I haven't fully figured the reason, and not yet making it connect to farmer.golang.org. Hence two connected iOS devices.)

Thank you @changkun. Not having 1 of 3 iOS builders is an okay state, since builds can complete with the 2 builders even if at a slightly reduced rate. For example, it helped make progress in CL 369736.
