net: on plan9, net.Dial with tcp times out immediately #5380

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?
  dial tcp google.com:80: i/o timeout
  &{{0x... }}


Which compiler are you using (5g, 6g, 8g, gccgo)?
  8g


Which operating system are you using?
  plan9/386 (pfront)

Which version are you using?  (run 'go version')
  devel +9bf97fe54385

There seems to be a similar problem on windows, but with UDP instead of TCP
