In a discussion of Go's system requirements, I checked https://tip.golang.org/doc/install/source#introduction, which links to https://tip.golang.org/doc/install#requirements.
Unfortunately, the #requirements fragment appears to have been removed from that page at some point: it certainly does not list system requirements anywhere I can see now.
