encoding/json: Error when use with append

platformIDS := append(onlyPlatformIDS, 3)
platformIDS[1] = 804

fmt.Println(onlyPlatformIDS)
fmt.Println(platformIDS)

}

Code like this. It print

[16 804]
[16 804 3]
