cmd/vet: checkUntaggedLiteral should say "keyed" not "tagged" #6017

The check that X{Y: Z} has the "Y:" refers in error messages to Y as a tag,
but the spec refers to it as a key.
Worse, tag has a different meaning in struct types.

The messages should be changed to say keyed.
