proposal: net/http/pprof: endpoint for buildinfo

Add debuginfo from runtime/debug to pprof index http page.

Alternative: make a debug package that combines useful debug info and utility into a handler, ie. net/http/debug.

which part of runtime/debug do you want to expose? there's no debuginfo

Yes sorry, I meant BuildInfo.
