unicode: documentation referencing apparently nonexistent LowerUpper #7002

The documentation at golang.org in package unicode on the UpperLower constant mentions
LowerUpper, which does not appear to exist. From what I can gather, this isn't actually
useful to anyone, but if the documentation is there, it should be correct.
