proposal: net/http: Turning on/off canonical headers

Proposal Details

Currently the http headers are treated in canonical style.
I would like to be able to turn on and off this functionality (in runtime).

The reason is to be able to pass the header name as-is.

--Or--
Provide a way to manipulate the headers before sending them.

I'm aware that..
Yet, if I set user-agent header (for specific request) I will still have 2 headers "User-Agent" and "user-agent".
So, still we need an option to "disable" the canonical or something similar.

set the canonical User-Agent it to the empty slice.
