The bot aix-ppc64-power8 has been reported as broken. It is currently in the state of dead. Please work to resolve the issue.

This bot doesn't exist now. It existed briefly (see #67299 (comment)) but has since been deleted because its cipd_platform was incorrectly computed.

The aix/ppc64 builder is still in the process of being added in issue #67299, so closing in favor of that.
