x/website: tob-crypto-audit references wrong Go dev tree

This blog post says that the fix for TOB-GOCL-3 was included in the go1.25 development tree.

However, it looks like CL 644119 landed on master when it was the go1.24 development tree, not the go1.25 development tree.

As far as I can tell, it landed in time for go1.24.0.

Please let me know if I'm missing something!
