x/build: openbsd-amd64 builder missing unzip

I am creating new race sysos for #78059 and the racebuild script requires unzip on the builder. Unfortunately, the gotip-openbsd-amd64 builder doesn't have unzip.

For now I will skip updating the openbsd race sysos. Note #52090 as well, TSAN has dropped openbsd support, though we could still in theory apply the patch to the older version.
