See issue #80220. The problem is LUCI is broken for current Python. I'd rather not get into a mix of old and new versions of python3 on that machine, but I guess I can if y'all really think that's the right answer. Maybe you have a buddy in Chrome you can ping first?

@pmur I'm not sure that a human in Chrome actually got notified about my LUCI trouble report. I've been away so long I think Parisa is the only person left in Chrome that I know, and escalating that high seems overkill.
