What is the reason that you could not retract this package instead?
Initially I forgot to do this and deleted both the Codeberg repo and my Codeberg account. I recreated it with the same username and repo name and published a retraction, but I'm not sure if it worked - it does not appear in the https://pkg.go.dev search, but there is no note on the page about a retraction. I'd prefer the page to be permanently hidden to avoid confusion, as I am planning to republish on GitHub later.
