runtime/race: documentation file doesn't exist

The page http://golang.org/pkg/runtime/race/
 references the page http://golang.org/doc/articles/race_detector.html for documentation.  That page doesn't exist.

Andrew, you've restored the links in:

But now
http://tip.golang.org/doc/articles/race_detector.html
again redirects to
http://blog.golang.org/
This also affects http://tip.golang.org/doc/ page.
And there is another bug -- http://tip.golang.org/blog/race-detector redirects just to
http://blog.golang.org/.

I actually found my mistake, it seems that for some reason it won't take the package as
"src" but it does as "main" I am not sure why this happenes so instead I would
appreciate to understand why it is like that.

but the tip URL (http://tip.golang.org/doc/articles/race_detector.html)
is still redirecting to blog.golang.org incorrectly.
