net/http/internal/http2: clean up x/net crufts #81473
Description
Our HTTP/2 implementation used to live in x/net, and there were two ways of using it:
- Indirectly via
net/http. - Directly via
x/net.
As such, the code is littered with various logic and documentations that account for both modes of usage (e.g., was a connection dialed in net/http and then handed to HTTP/2? Or, did HTTP/2 dial it on its own?).
Now that HTTP/2 lives in net/http/internal/http2 (#67810), many parts of the package that deal with direct usage from x/net are essentially dead / stale. Furthermore, various copied / similar implementations between net/http and HTTP/2 can now be consolidated.
This is an overall tracking bug for cleaning up all such clutters.
