net/http: ListenAndServeTLS() can't be started with empty arguments

ListenAndServeTLS() can't be started without setting certificate file arguments when
certificates are already set on TLSConfig of Server. 
Ignoring argument values when certificates are set on TLSConfig would be useful if user
wants to load certificates from somewhere else than file.
