Add geocodes to Chapter 1, for issue open-editions#43

Leicester Abbey is a place that Stephen thinks about. He also thinks about it again on p. 19.  This is the first geocode I've added, so I just want to make sure this works. I will just commit the other changes all at once, and submit a pull request one time after I've done that.
