When using Node v18,
testcontainershangs for no apparent reason on Windows.This PR reworks the approach to local testing with DynamoDB to use the JAR version of DynamoDB Local using the library
dynamo-db-local.There seems to be an issue with stopping the DynamoDB instance when starting it using Docker: chrisguttandin/dynamo-db-local#114
However, it works without problems when using the JAR version.
