From the Blockly Developer Guides (https://developers.google.com/blockly/guides/create-custom-blocks/define-blocks#help_url):

Blocks can have a help page associated with them. This is available to the users of Blockly for Web by right-clicking the block and selecting "Help" from the context menu. If this value is null then the menu will be greyed out.

So we can either leave it as it is or maybe set the help url to the reference page with the named function?

I don't think there's a place to point this now that would be sensible to blocks users. If you know of somewhere, go for it. Otherwise, it's probably better off grayed out than pointing to something most users will find even more confusing.
