I got a BIG ISSUE...
I need my google authenticator removed from my "firstname.lastname@example.org" account. Now I have switched phones, so my 2 step google authenticator is tied to "309-224-1896" But I don't have access to this number because I got a new number. So everytime I try to login with my "email@example.com" (and yes I have the correct password because I get prompt for the verification code) the code gets sent to "309-224-1896" . Thus, I can't remove the authenticator myself because its tied to my old phone number!!!
Please google..please...all my contacts are synced with "firstname.lastname@example.org" and I need all my contacts.
I have tried to recovery and reset my account, but everytime I do google doesn't think I"m the orginal owner..I dont' know what else I can do :\
Please help, I don't want to start from scratch..
