Add a HttpHeaders.fromHttpHeaders(..) method #113

It would be helpful if one can create a custom headers class (e.g. GoogleHeaders) and use an existing HttpHeaders instance to fill in all fields.

Example:

GoogleHeaders gh = new GoogleHeaders();
gh.fromHttpHeaders(response.getHeaders());
long myValue = gh.getMyCustomHeader();
