External references, such as a standards document, or specification? http://javadoc.google-http-java-client.googlecode.com/hg/1.8.3-beta/com/google/api/client/http/HttpRequest.html Java environments (e.g. Java 6, Android 2.3, App Engine, or All)? All Please describe the feature requested. If you have logging enabled in HttpTransport.class, it will log all requests. However, if you are trying to debug a particular issue, it may be useful to only log specific requests. Hence, it would nice to be able to have control over logging on a per-request basis. Proposal: add this method:

HttpRequest setEnableLogging(boolean)
