[BUG][MINOR]

Description

Some menu popups (security camera, hotkey settings, etc...) automatically disappear after a couple seconds.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate security camera console.
  2. Click on a camera to observe.
  3. Camera selection menu disappears.
  4. Stuck in camera view with no way to bring selection menu back up.

Expected Behavior

For the menu to stay visible and interactible.
