About the PR
Adds a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink in the crew quarters area of the mining outpost in the debris field. Also swaps one of the three hand labellers that spawns there for a cargo transporter.
Why's this needed?
Miners have to either swipe a cargo transporter from the QM before heading out, or take their department's only round-start transporter away from the station. Plus, there's a cargo telepad there, so it seems to make sense to have the transporter too!
On RP, if someone sets out to the outpost, there's no way on the mining station to refill hygiene motives and supplies to refill thirst motives are limited. If someone's out exploring the field or the Space Diner is used as a testing site, it can be difficult to get back to somewhere to refill motives.
